Are you ready to take your sales expertise to the next level?As a Territory Sales Executive at Newcross Healthcare, you’ll play a key role in driving growth by acquiring new SMB clients within a defined territory. You’ll be instrumental in expanding our footprint in both new and existing markets, creating and executing strategic plans that align with Newcross Healthcare’s growth objectives.

Reporting to:Regional Sales Manager (South West)

Location:Hybrid – Bristol (2–3 days per week in the Bristol Office)

Salary:Up to £40,000 (DOE) + up to £15,000 annual bonus

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement a growth plan to acquire and retain SMB clients, monitoring and adjusting strategies to exceed sales targets.
  • Lead proactive outreach through cold calling, referrals, networking, and other methods to bring in new business.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, building trust with decision-makers and offering tailored solutions.
  • Stay informed on healthcare trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and refine outreach strategies.
  • Schedule meetings, deliver compelling sales presentations, and close deals by effectively addressing client needs and concerns.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client transitions and high-quality service delivery.
  • Focus on personal growth, share best practices, and continuously refine your approach in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong sales experience with a focus on acquiring SMB clients and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Proficient in qualifying leads and closing deals.
  • Driven to exceed sales targets in a results-oriented environment.
  • A strong grasp of compliance and value communication.
  • Skilled in building relationships with decision-makers and influencing outcomes.
  • Confident in negotiating and overcoming objections to close deals.
  • Experienced in lead generation and cold calling, with resilience and determination.
  • Ability to analyse sales data to inform strategy and drive growth.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to streamline sales activities.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and collaborates effectively across teams.
  • Confident using social media and networking to build connections and represent the brand.
