Job Title: Client Success Executive
Reporting to: Territory Operations Manager
Location: Hybrid – Bristol (2-3 days in a local office Hub)
Salary: £25,000 + Up to £6,000 bonus

As a Client Success Executive, you’ll be the heartbeat of our customer relationships — ensuring every client feels valued, supported, and empowered to achieve more with Newcross. You’ll manage your own portfolio of customers, driving satisfaction, retention, and advocacy while maximising the lifetime value of every partnership.

What will you do?
Whilst a full job description can be supplied here are a few of the key responsibilities for the role:
· Own your portfolio:Develop and deliver strategic growth plans for small to medium accounts in your region.
· Be the face of Newcross:Act as the go-to contact for your clients, delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions.
· Drive growth:Analyse CRM data, spot opportunities, and turn insights into action to boost customer engagement and revenue.
· Be a trusted advisor:Understand customer needs, solve problems proactively, and help clients embrace our tech-first approach.
· Collaborate & innovate:Work with colleagues across teams to share insights, refine strategies, and deliver game-changing results.
· Champion the brand:Represent Newcross at networking events and online — be proud to share our mission and impact.
What You’ll Bring:
· A passion for people— you love helping customers succeed.
· Proven experiencein a customer-facing, sales, or client management role (ideally in a regulated or premium industry).
· Exceptional communication and negotiation skills— you influence, inspire, and close deals with confidence.
· A growth mindset— motivated, adaptable, and driven by results.
· Strong analytical and organisational skills— you know how to use data to make smart decisions.
· Tech-savvywith tools like CRM, Microsoft Office, and mobile apps.

· Knowledge of healthcare staffing or services? A big plus, but not essential.
