Are you a hands-on marketing whiz with a passion for storytelling, digital engagement, and driving results? FuturU is on the lookout for a creative, strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing activity for the next 12 months. Job Title:         Marketing Manager – maternity cover up to 12 months

Reporting to:    Chief Product and Marketing Officer

Location:          Bristol – Hybrid (Up to 3 days per week in the office)

Salary:            Up to £45,000 + up to 10% pa bonus

What You’ll Be Doing:

Strategy & Planning– Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals. Shape editorial and content calendars for learners, clients, and partners, and continuously refine strategies through data-driven insights. 

Content & CampaignsCraft captivating written, visual, and video content for web, social, and email channels. Plan and deliver lead-generation campaigns, webinars, and events from start to finish. Your storytelling will be the bridge that connects people to our mission.

Digital ChannelsOwn our website, ensuring its optimised for relevance, SEO, and engagement. Take charge of organic and paid social media activity across LinkedIn, Meta, and more. Deliver email marketing campaigns that build community, encourage interaction, and boost adoption of our products.

Reporting & CollaborationMeasure and report on campaign performance, sharing insights that inform strategy. Collaborate closely with colleagues across Sales, Product, Content Innovation, and Learning & Assessment to ensure seamless alignment and maximum impact. Ensure every touchpoint reflects our brand consistently and powerfully.

What We’re Looking For:

·       A proven marketing professional, ideally in a senior role, with hands-on experience running campaigns and content strategies.

·       A master storyteller with exceptional writing, editing, and content creation skills.

·       Confidence managing websites, SEO, social media, and paid advertising.

·       Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms.

·       Analytical, organised, proactive, and collaborative, with a sharp eye for detail.

·       Passion for improving education and opportunity within the care sector—because your work here will truly make a difference.
