We are looking for an Operational Shift Leader to oversee performance across HealthForce and Community Care outside of core hours.
You will lead your team to deliver results, drive growth, and solve challenges in real time.
This role blends leadership and delivery. You will lead from the front and set the pace for your shift.
What will you do?
A full job description can be supplied. Key responsibilities include:
- Act as the escalation point during your shift, resolve issues, and support your team.
- Drive performance across HealthForce and Community Care, owning delivery targets during your hours.
- Fill shifts and manage workforce deployment to meet client commitments.
- Resolve complex community care challenges and ensure continuity of care.
- Own new business that arrives during your shift, including onboarding and coordination.
- Handle client complaints and escalations quickly and professionally.
- Manage performance issues in real time and address problems early.
- Report shift performance and provide handover updates to the Regional Bookings Manager and operational leads.

- Comfortable both filling shifts and leading a team.
- Happy to lead from the front in a hands-on operational role.
- Flexible to work weekends and bank holidays.
- Healthcare knowledge is an advantage.
