  • Provide senior clinical leadership across Clinical Lead Nurses, ensuring complex packages are delivered safely and to high clinical standards.
  • Oversee care planning, risk assessment, documentation, and communication to ensure safe and consistent outcomes for clients.
  • Act as the expert clinical support for nursing teams, including guidance through complex situations, clinical emergencies, and reflective debriefs.
  • Lead audits, compliance activity, and service improvement plans with the Director of Operations and Regional Managers, aiming to exceed regulatory expectations.
  • Identify and manage safeguarding concerns, attend Stay Safe Panel meetings, and embed defensible practice across services.
  • Support referral meetings, positive risk taking, and safe mobilisation of new packages within agreed timescales.
  • Recruit, supervise, and develop nursing staff across locations, using clear OKRs, development objectives, and regular performance reviews.
  • Build an environment where people thrive, supporting learning and development, and managing HR processes and investigations fairly.
  • Work closely with nursing teams, internal departments, and external professionals to ensure joined-up, client-centred care.

  • At least eight years of nursing experience, including a minimum of three years in a senior leadership or management role.
  • Proven expertise in complex care, with strong clinical judgement in changing environments.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and develop teams.
