Regional Operations Executive

Reporting to:

Regional Bookings Manager

Location:

Hybrid, Hamilton, Scotland. Some hours or days required in the office.

Salary:

£26,500 plus up to £6,000 per annum bonus

Contract type:

Full time, permanent

Working pattern:

37.5 hours per week

Monday to Friday, 12:00pm to 10:00pm, including some weekend working. This can be discussed at interview.

Training will be 2 to 3 weeks, 9:00am to 5:30pm, based in the Hamilton office.

Who are you?

You will be the first point of contact for client bookings and a key support for our healthcare teams via phone, email, and live chat.

You will coordinate schedules, resolve issues quickly, and ensure every interaction is professional and positive.

You will support shift bookings, promote the HealthForce Go app, handle live chat enquiries, and ensure compliance across operations.

What will you do?

A full job description is available. Key responsibilities include:

  • Act as the main contact for client bookings and healthcare staff queries.
  • Manage staff scheduling using bespoke systems.
  • Handle live chat enquiries for HealthForce, Community Care, and Recruitment teams.
  • Train and support care staff in using the HealthForce Go app.
  • Work closely with workforce and recruitment teams.
  • Resolve booking issues quickly and effectively.
  • Upsell services to support business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow compliance processes.
  • Build strong client relationships and gather feedback.
  • Adapt quickly to changes in client needs or staff availability.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in customer service or contact centre roles.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Confident IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
  • Cultural awareness and adaptability.
  • A positive and proactive approach under pressure.
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations is an advantage.
