Working Pattern: Core working hours are 9:00am – 5:30pm

Now, we’re looking for an exceptionalDirector of Product & Technology to join our Senior Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in driving our next phase of growth and innovation.

lead both our Product and Technology functions, uniting them under a single,

powerful strategy. By aligning customer needs, product innovation, and

engineering excellence, you’ll ensure we deliver meaningful, measurable

value—fast.

You’ll

be a key voice at the top table, shaping business strategy, influencing the

Board, and positioning Newcross as a leader in digital healthcare.

What will you do?

• Set the vision – Define and lead a unified product and technology strategy aligned to business growth
  
  

• Drive product impact – Deliver customer-centric products that create measurable value
  
  

• Lead technology – Build scalable, secure platforms and champion modern innovation (cloud, AI, data)
  
  

• Unite teams – Create strong collaboration between Product and Engineering with shared ownership
  
  

• Deliver at pace – Ensure high-quality, predictable delivery with clear KPIs and outcomes
  
  

• Manage risk – Strengthen security, governance, and compliance
  
  

• Influence stakeholders – Advise senior leaders and drive adoption of change
  
  

• Build capability – Develop high-performing, inclusive teams and future leaders
  
  

What we’ll be looking for:

• You’re a strategic

  thinker and hands-on leader who thrives at the intersection of product,

  technology, and business.
  
  

• Proven experience in a senior Product and/or Technology leadership role
  
  

• Strong track record in product strategy, roadmap delivery, and innovation
  
  

• Deep

  understanding of modern software engineering, architecture, and cloud

  technologies
  
  

• Ability to connect product vision with technical execution and business value
  
  

• Commercially astute, with a focus on measurable outcomes
  
  

• Confident working with Boards and senior stakeholders
  
  

• An inspiring leader with exceptional communication and influencing skills
  
  

• Experience driving digital transformation and building high-performing teams
