Job Title: Product Manager – Data and Insights
Reporting to: Director of Product and Technology
Location: Hybrid with occasional travel to a Newcross office
Salary:£60,000 - £75,000 (DOE) + up to 10% bonus
Contract type: Full time
Working Pattern: Core working hours are 9:00am – 5:30pm

our Product Manager for Data & Insights, you’ll play a pivotal role in
ensuring our data capabilities deliver measurable value today while building
for tomorrow. You’ll partner with stakeholders across the business to transform
analytical needs into scalable, intelligent data solutions that empower teams
to make faster, better decisions.
You’ll
also champion the integrity and scalability of our data architecture — ensuring
our platforms, pipelines, and processes remain robust as our business and data
complexity continue to grow.
This
role is perfect for someone who combines strategic product thinking with
analytical curiosity and enjoys getting hands-on with data, insights, and
continuous improvement.
What will you do?
Whilst

responsibilities for the role:
Drive Data Strategy & Business Value
Translate business and analytical needs into clear, prioritised product requirements
Partner with operations, finance, sales, and leadership teams to identify opportunities and unlock insights
Define KPIs and north-star metrics that drive business performance
Analyse trends, anomalies, and opportunities to improve products and outcomes
Promote a truly data-driven culture across the organisation
Shape Scalable Data Architecture
Own the long-term performance, reliability, and scalability of our data platform
Help define standards for data modelling, pipelines, governance, and documentation
Proactively monitor data quality, consistency, and platform health
Evaluate emerging tools and technologies to ensure strategic and cost-effective growth
Own the Product Roadmap
Lead the roadmap for our data and insight products
Balance innovation, technical debt, and evolving business priorities
Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes
Translate complex initiatives into clear, business-focused deliverables
Lead Agile Delivery
Drive backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery ceremonies
Define acceptance criteria and ensure scalable, high-quality solutions
Work closely with engineering teams to deliver impactful data products efficiently
Influence Across the Business
Build trusted relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
Communicate insights and strategic recommendations with clarity and confidence
Represent the data product function in senior strategic discussions
What We’re Looking For:
Proven
experience in Product Management with a strong focus on data, analytics,
or insight products
Excellent
analytical skills with the ability to interrogate and interpret data
effectively
Experience
translating non-technical business needs into actionable product
pecifications
Strong understanding
of: Data architecture, Data modelling, Pipeline design, Platform scalability, Data
quality management
Experience
managing and evolving data platforms over time — not just delivering
features
Strong Agile
delivery experience, including backlog management, sprint planning, and
user story creation
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Experience with BI and analytics tools such as: Power BI, Pendo
Familiarity with cloud data platforms including: Databricks, Snowflake, Amazon Web Services
Comfortable leveraging AI tools and workflows while maintaining trust and quality
Desirable
Experience within healthcare, staffing, or regulated industries
Hands-on SQL skills
Knowledge of data governance and master data management
Experience implementing data quality frameworks and monitoring
Familiarity with ETL/ELT tooling
