Now, we’re looking for an exceptionalData Product Manager to join our Team and play a pivotal role in driving our next phase of growth and innovation.

Who are you?

We’re

looking for an experienced Data Product Manager to lead a focused data

migration and ETL delivery programme within our internal platform team.

This

is a hands-on contract role suited to someone who thrives in delivery-focused

environments, can confidently manage agile data teams, and has strong

experience driving migration projects from planning through to cutover.

Working

closely with a Senior Product Manager, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day

delivery activities — managing sprint execution, stakeholder communication,

tructured data migration initiatives.

This

role is fully remote and offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative

programme.

What will you do?

Delivery & Sprint Management

  • Lead fortnightly sprint planning and delivery with a team of data engineers

  • Own and prioritise the ETL and migration backlog

  • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery milestones

  • Track progress, manage risks, and escalate blockers where required

  • Coordinate delivery across engineering, QA, and business stakeholders

  • Ensure smooth end-to-end migration execution including testing and cutover activities

ETL & Data Migration

  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications

  • Work closely with engineers on ETL pipelines, transformation logic, and data mapping

  • Maintain strong data quality standards throughout the migration lifecycle

  • Manage discovery, transformation, testing, and deployment phases

  • Identify data dependencies, lineage, and downstream impacts

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for internal business stakeholders

  • Deliver regular project updates and steering communications

  • Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering, and sign-off sessions

  • Manage expectations around scope, timelines, and dependencies

  • Partner closely with the Senior PM to align delivery with wider platform strategy

Collaboration & Ways of Working

  • Embed within the internal platform team and existing agile processes

  • Work autonomously with minimal oversight

  • Contribute to retrospectives and process improvements

  • Maintain clear documentation of decisions, assumptions, and outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

Essential

  • Strong, demonstable

experience in Product Management with a focus on data, integration, or

    platform products

  • Proven experience delivering ETL or data migration projects

  • Strong agile

delivery experience including sprint planning, backlog management, and

    takeholder ceremonies

  • Ability to translate complex data requirements into prioritised engineering tasks

  • Experience working closely with data engineers and technical architects

  • Strong understanding of:

    • Data schemas

    • Transformations

    • Data quality validation

    • Migration planning

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Self-starter with the ability to hit the ground running in a contract environment

Desirable

  • Experience within healthcare, staffing, or regulated SME environments

  • SQL knowledge and confidence interrogating datasets

  • Exposure to:

    • Databricks

    • Azure Data Factory

    • dbt

    • Similar ETL tooling

  • Familiarity with BI/data warehousing concepts including Power BI or Tableau

  • Previous experience working as a contract PM within established product teams

Contract Details

  • Duration: 6–8 months (potential extension)

  • Rate: £450–£550 per day

  • Location: Fully Remote

  • Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday

  • Start Date: ASAP

If

you’re an experienced Data Product Manager with strong delivery expertise in

ETL and migration programmes, we’d love to hear from you.
