Job Title: Territory Manager

Location: Cornwall - Hybrid (2 days per week in nearest Newcross Office)
Salary:Up to £50,000 + Bonus

Working Pattern: Core working hours are 9:00am – 5:30pm
Newcross Healthcare is looking for a Territory
Manager to lead and grow our presence in Cornwall, delivering exceptional
ervice to clients while supporting and engaging our workforce.
As a Territory Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving territory
performance and growth. You’ll build strong relationships with clients,
generate new opportunities, and act as a trusted advisor to ensure our
workforce delivers consistently high standards. Every day, you’ll make a
tangible difference—keeping healthcare services running smoothly and helping
our staff thrive.
What you’ll do:
Develop and nurture strong client relationships across your territory
Identify growth opportunities, win new business, and bring lapsed clients back on board
Act as the senior point of contact for client escalations and service challenges
Support workforce engagement, utilisation, and retention to maximise coverage
Monitor and drive performance against KPIs such as fill rates, client satisfaction, and retention
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Be a Newcross Brand Ambassador, promoting excellence and continuous improvement
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in sales, business development, territory management, account management, or healthcare staffing
Strong commercial awareness and relationship management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Confident using CRM systems, workforce platforms, and performance dashboards
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Resilient, adaptable, and proactive with high attention to detail

will directly influence client satisfaction, workforce engagement, and the
