• Safe and timely administration of medication, including controlled drugs
  
• Working with families and teams to create personalised care plans
  
• Assessing, recording, and escalating health needs appropriately
  
• Supporting daily living, including personal care and mobility

The essentials you will bring

• A valid NMC registration to practise as a nurse in the UK
  
• At least six months of full time post qualification experience within the last three years
  
• The right to work in the UK
