Most content has now moved to either HealthForce Connect, our dedicated client platform, or if you are one of our care workers, most features and content are now in your HealthForceGo.
For clients
Everything has been moved to HealthForce Connect, the dedicated client platform.
If you are a Finance User, you will need to do the following:
Finish signing-up for an account on HealthForce Connect
You will have received an email from us.
Complete the steps in that email for access.
Follow our step-by-step guide to learn how to use our new feature
If you need to add a new Finance User, follow our user permission guide
If you have questions, contact your Client Success Executive, and they will help get you sorted.
For Staff Members (HCA, RN, SW)
We’ve moved the majority of our features that were available in MyNewcross to HealthForceGo.
Payslips You can view payslips within the “My Pay” tab in the app. You can review our step-by-step guide to learn more. All payslips, historical and current, are available.
Resignations We don’t want to see you go, but we understand that circumstances can change. Reach out to Live Chat if you are looking to resign.
Policies and Procedures All policies and procedures are now available in the app and can be viewed here.
P45 These will not be immediately available in the app but will in the future. You can reach out to Live Chat, and they will get this sorted for you.
MyNewcross Social Forum At this time, we are not incorporating the social forum into HealthForceGo.
