At Newcross, we personalise your care schedule. Carers stay for 2 weeks to 2 months, or longer, as needed. When your main carer takes time off, another is introduced with a 2-hour overlap for a seamless handover. Your main carer will then return.

We have profiles for our caregivers that we’ll share at the first in-person meeting. These include their age, name, hobbies, and skills and experience. You will also have the option to a virtual meet and greet.
