We have been working in partnership with Newcross Healthcare since July 2023; Compass Residential Services have a number of children's homes and it was important to form a partnership with an agency who could meet all of our staffing sufficiency needs, geographically. As a growing organisation we have also had to add to the list of areas needed to be covered, Newcross will always endeavor to source for the growth areas so they can meet the needs of the service. We have regular monthly reporting on activity so it can be tracked and monitored, and they are always available to take a call if there are any queries regarding this or indeed anything else to do with the service they offer. It is an instrumental partnership to meet Compass Residential sufficiency needs.

Since 2019 we have purchased carers on a weekly basis from Newcross (Chester) to work alongside our own staff team, supporting disabled people to access a range of community-based sports and leisure activities. We have built a very effective and positive relationship with the staff team at Newcross and from day one, they have understood the needs of our organisation and the skills required from carers and go above and beyond to provide the right carers for our requirements. All carers provided have been committed, professional and reliable and some have worked with us on a consistent basis for over 5 years and have become very popular with our client group. All our requests have been responded to within 24 hours and even when we have had to make an emergency request for carers, Newcross have understood the circumstances and provided support where possible. We always know very quickly if they cannot assist with a request, but this has been a very rare occurrence. We have received excellent support from Newcross and are looking forward to continuing our partnership for the foreseeable future.
