What is the offer
Newcross Healthcare will, subject to these terms, apply a 20% discount against the rate card for Qualifying Bookings with New Clients during the Qualifying Period as set out below. There will be further opportunity to extend such discount where the minimum numbers of 160 hours are met in each qualifying month.
1.1. The Promoter is Newcross Healthcare whose registered office is at Newcross Healthcare Solutions, Waterside, Berry Pomeroy, Totes, TQ9 6LH (the Promotor).
2.1. All “New Clients” who meet the below criteria are eligible for this offer. To qualify as a New Client, you must not have used the Promoter’s services between 1st March 2022 and 5th September 2022 (New Clients)
3.1. Those bookings made by New Clients on or after 5th September 2022 until 30th September 2022; and
3.2. Those booking made by New Clients in the following areas:
3.2.1.London (inside the M25)
3.2.2.Edinburgh
3.2.3.Leeds
3.2.4.Sheffield
3.2.5.Merseyside
3.2.6.Warwickshire
3.2.7.Bristol
3.2.8.Essex
3.2.9.Berkshire
3.3.1.Aberdeen
4.1. Subject to eligibility as set out above the discount is a blended percentage of 20% across the rate card and will be applied before any relevant tax.
4.2. The first qualifying review of the discounted rate as set out against the minimum number of hours will be 1st November 2022. Those New Clients who have had 160 hours or more covered between 1st October 2022 and 31st October 2022 will qualify to hold this discount for a further month.
4.3. Those who have less than 160 hours covered will revert automatically without further notice to our standard rates.
4.4. Those New Clients who revert to the standard rates will have the option to requalify for the offer on the 1st of the next month and every 1st of the month thereafter, as long as the previous months covered usage is 160 hours or more.
5.1. All other Terms and Conditions apply to this offer.
5.2. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the offer and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the Promotional offer will be notified to the client as soon as possible.
5.3. While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit the promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the promoter will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the promoter or to the entrant at the time of entry to the promotion or which are caused by a third party
5.4. The offer and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England
