What you’ll do:

As a Junior Care Assistant, you’ll help with daily tasks like personal care, moving and handling, and offering comfort and support. You’ll work with experienced colleagues who will guide and support you as you build confidence in your role.

What you need:

• The right to work in the UK
  
• At least3 months of paid UK care experiencewithin the last 3 years
  
• Experience in personal care and moving and handling
  
• Registration if you live in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland (e.g., SSSC, SCW, NISCC). Not needed in England
  
• Good communication skills and a friendly nature
  
• A caring approach, with qualities like empathy, respect, and teamwork
