Location:                Hybrid – London Hub (Hybrid working; Up to 2 days in the London office)

                                            ORBristol Hub (Up to 2 days in the Bristol office)

We’re looking for a Product Manager: AI Agents to own and evolve Anoa’s roadmap, creating intelligent, empathetic, and seamless user experiences that transform how people engage with healthcare technology.

This is a unique chance to be at the forefront of AI-powered transformation — where your work will directly impact healthcare professionals, clients, and ultimately patient care.

What will you do? (a full job description can be supplied)

  • Own and deliver the AI Agent roadmap, driving innovation across all user groups.
  • Design intuitive, human-like conversational flows that make complex tasks effortless.
  • Configure, build, and optimise automations, workflows, and integrations.
  • Leverage real-time data and analytics to create personalised, context-aware solutions.
  • Partner with engineering, product marketing, and business leaders to push boundaries.
  • Champion adoption, building trust and confidence in Anoa across the organisation.
  • Lead and support our Knowledge Base Executive, ensuring Anoa is always learning and improving.

About You

You’re a hands-on product leader who thrives on innovation and impact. You understand conversational AI, automation, and unified communications — and you know how to bring technical teams and business stakeholders together to make magic happen.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven product management or product ownership experience (AI/automation/comms ideal).
  • Strong knowledge of conversational AI and dialogue design.
  • Comfortable configuring bots, workflows, and system integrations.
  • Data-driven with BI/analytics experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, from frontline staff to board members.
  • Tech-fluent, collaborative, and passionate about user experience.
