Job Title: Quality Clinical Lead Nurse
Reporting to: Director of Quality and Nursing
Location: Leeds / North of England Region - with requirements to travel for meetings and training and as identified in line with business need.
Salary: Up to £43,775 + up to 10% pa Bonus

You’re also commercially aware, able to lend your clinical knowledge to bids and tenders, creating compelling submissions that showcase excellence and support the organisation’s growth. What will you do?
Whilst a full job description can be supplied, here are a few of the key responsibilities for the role:
- Provide expert clinical and regulatory support across multiple services
- Support the recruitment and development of skilled, compassionate nurses
- Offer high-level clinical and management advice, using your judgment and expertise
- Lead on audits, training, and service improvement projects
- Support with regulatory referrals, complaints, and patient safety matters
- Contribute to business development by bringing clinical insight to bids and tenders
- Take part in the on-call clinical support rota to ensure 24/7 coverage
Skills / Experience:
- Learning Disability Nurse qualification (dual registration an advantage)
- Ideally 5+ years’ post-registration experience, including management roles
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (CQC, Care Inspectorate, CSSIW, SSSC)
- A confident communicator with leadership and influencing skills
- Organised, resilient, and motivated with a commitment to quality and safety
- Computer-literate with strong audit and governance experience
Desirable extras:
· Recruitment experience, complaints handling, safeguarding expertise, or community/complex care background.
