Job Title:              Head of Platform Partnerships 

Reporting to         VP of Healthforce 

Location:              Hybrid (2 days per week in local office hub) 

Salary:                 £50,000 + Up to £20,000 bonus pa

Who are you: 

You’re a natural leader with a proven track record in MSP, RPO, or insourcing environments, confident managing large-scale vendor networks and holding partners to the highest standards. Commercially sharp, data-driven, and detail-focused, you know how to balance strategic vision with operational excellence. 

You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments, and you’re passionate about building partnerships that deliver measurable impact and lasting value. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Own the full lifecycle of partnerships– from sourcing and onboarding through compliance, auditing, and performance reviews.
  • Champion operational excellence– develop robust onboarding frameworks, ensure compliance, and safeguard contractual integrity. 
  • Drive performance and accountability– monitor KPIs, lead service reviews, and escalate underperformance when needed.
  • Grow the platform– identify gaps, source high-quality partners, and negotiate commercially beneficial terms.
  • Be the voice of the partner– act as the central contact, managing communications, escalations, and relationship health.
  • Collaborate across teams– integrate partners seamlessly with Product, Legal, Ops, and Finance to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
  • Lead with influence– represent Newcross at external meetings and industry events, always acting as a brand ambassador.
  • Continuously improve– optimise processes for onboarding, audits, and performance management frameworks. 

What You Bring: 

  • Solid experience in MSP, RPO, or insourcing environments managing large-scale vendor/agency networks.
  • Expertise in third-party onboarding, compliance, contract governance, and auditing.
  • Proven ability to design and enforce KPIs and SLAs, holding partners accountable to deliver measurable results.
  • Strong commercial acumen with contract negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset, able to turn performance data into actionable insights.
  • Outstanding relationship management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Organised, process-driven, and resilient — thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Comfortable working with CRMs and business systems such as Salesforce, Airtable, and Microsoft Office.
