Newcross Healthcare is looking for a talented and motivated Finance Assistant to join our amazing team! Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning & Reporting, the Finance Assistant will drive financial performance and strategic decision-making across the business. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of financial processes.

Location: Hybrid - Dartington - Up to 2 days per week in the office
Salary: Up to £25,000 + Study Support
