Job Title: Regional Operations Shift Leader
Reporting to: Regional Operations Booking Manager
Location: Hybrid – Bristol Hub
Salary: £30,000 pro rata
Hours: 25.5 hours per week (Must be able to work a mix of evening from 5:30pm – 10:00pm and weekends 6am – 10pm)

The Role
As a Shift Leader, you’ll be at the heart of our Regional Operations – guiding, inspiring, and empowering your team to succeed. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and workforce, all while fostering a high-energy, high-performance culture.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Leading, managing and motivating colleagues to achieve excellence.
· Driving performance through league tables, reports, coaching, and recognition.
· Promoting team spirit while setting clear, measurable goals.
· Managing attendance, absence and compliance with business policies.
· Handling escalations and complex cases with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
· Working collaboratively with Regional Directors and Managers to keep our service world-class.
· Stepping in as a Regional Operations Executive (ROE) when needed, ensuring seamless service delivery.

· A natural motivator with proven team management experience (ideally in a contact centre).
· Someone with a proactive mindset who thrives under pressure.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
